Safety and fraud

Every account is ID-verified. We report fraud to the police and Action Fraud, and we share your verified identity, address and transaction records with them. We will also release your details to the person you defrauded where a court orders it or the law allows. Fraudsters are banned for life.

Stay safe

Pay only through Quidbo checkout. Payments made any other way, such as bank transfer or cash, are not covered.
Keep every message on Quidbo. We use them as evidence if something goes wrong.
Quidbo will never ask for your password by email, text or phone.
